Alo Yoga (the label responsible for some of our all-time favourite leggings) kicked off 2018 with their 30 Days of Mindful Movement — a class series on YouTube challenging you to make one with your mat in the new year. Now they’re back with a challenge of a different kind — one that will prompt you to think of things in your life that you’re grateful for and work on welcoming this through yoga.
Throughout the course of one week, there will be seven videos (one everyday) which will guide you through a different yoga sequence. Each day, the 30-minute yoga flow will focus on a new theme (outlined below) led by yogis Briohny Smyth, Koya Webb and Calvin Corzine.
We’re huge believers of the power of gratitude here at TrainSrilanka, not only does research show that it makes you a healthier, happier and more productive human — it also makes for a great little ritual to include in your daily routine (not to mention there’s an abundance of super cute gratitude journals that you can get your mitts on).
